    Quite simply your website does not work you must be losing hundreds of customers cannot get past the choose your car Option 2 will not come up with prices etc, will be going to hertz

    With the information you have provided it sounds like it could be a firewall issue. All you would need to do to resolve this issue is add Avis.co.uk to your trusted website list on your internet browser.

    I’ve tried the AVI collection service quotation (I pickup the car from heathrow and Avis collects it from my home address).
    I’m confused with the online quotation provided. Your website indicated for a Mercedes E200 (group N), pay later of £269.80 and pay now of £524.70.
    Surely the pay now would be cheaper?

    In addition, If I book a car normally through your website, can I choose to add Car collection after the booking and would the cost still be £20?

    The pay now rates are usually cheaper but it can change according to demand. Could I ask you to confirm what dates you are trying to book for and we shall investigate the difference?

    Regarding the Avis Delivers service, the cost is £10 each way so if you would like the car collected that will cost you just £10.
